Which files get instant estimates?
Only supported DXF files for flat laser-cut sheet-metal parts can receive instant estimates right now. Geometry, material, thickness, and quantity still need to pass checks.
What if I only have a photo or sketch?
Upload it with notes. FactoryGeneral will handle it as an assisted quote request and may ask for dimensions or clarification before production pricing.
How long does production take?
